A 1-week intensive Women in Digital Business certification programme for women entrepreneurs ready to build real digital systems, not just social media pages.
A Kithms Enterprise Initiative
The Women in Digital Business Initiative (WIDB) is a practical foundations programme designed to help women entrepreneurs position themselves confidently in the digital economy. Developed through a partnership between the ILO, ITC and Microsoft, the programme blends guided learning with real-world application.
WIDB includes four core modules that build essential digital business skills. These foundations are complemented by optional learning paths that allow you to deepen your knowledge based on your experience level and business needs.
By the end of the programme, you will have created a practical digitalization action plan tailored to your business — turning learning into clear, next steps you can actually implement.
